FOR SALE: AN 1894 LIBERTY HEAD NICKEL.
This date is tough to find because 1894 Liberty Head nickels have the third lowest mintage
of the entire 30 year series with only 1885 and 1886 having a lower mintage.
The images show the actual coin you will receive enlarged to about 5x magnification.
My scanner does not pick up luster, tends to wash out the fields and exaggerates flaws.
The white highlighting on the edge of some devices is reflection from the scanner glass.
GRADE:
G4: My opinion based on ANA Grading Standards and my experience.
Please look at the images and decide for yourself before you buy this coin.
CONDITION:
Entire design is well worn.
The date and all stars are visible.
Wreath worn flat.
Apparent cud on the reverse at about 3:00.
